In the July 4th edition of Life Happens Radio, attorneys Lou Pierro and Nicole Hurley focus on how we help clients create an estate plan that becomes, in essence, their personal 'constitution.' It's a plan that offers protections for you and your family on many levels; a plan that will stand the test of time.
Like the Constitution, an estate plan should also be flexible. You should be able to make amendments that will modify and adjust the plan to best prepare you for a secure retirement.
Also on the program is attorney Peter J. Strauss, who is jouined our firm as Senior Partner on July 1. This marks a milestone as our name officially changes to Pierro, Connor & Strauss, LLC.
Based in our New York City office, Peter counsels on trusts and estate law, elder law and guardianship law with a particular focus on the legal problems of seniors and persons with disabilities. He frequently lectures on these topics and is considered to be one of the pioneers in elder law in the United States.
